HR Technology Trends Survey in the CEE region OFFICIAL GAME RULES
Privacy and Data Processing Policy for the Prize Draw Related to the Survey Organized by Dare to Change Kft.
1. Organizer of the Prize Draw
The organizer and operator of the “HR Technology Trends Survey in CEE” prize draw (hereinafter: Prize Draw) is Dare to Change Kft. (registered seat: 1039 Budapest, Kalászi utca 20., company registration number: 01 09 206488, tax number: 25290538-2-41; hereinafter: Organizer), who performs data processing related to the Prize Draw as data controller.

2. Conditions of Participation
2.1. Any natural person (hereinafter: Participant) who completes the Organizer’s online survey “HR Technology Trends Survey in CEE” (hereinafter: Survey) on 20 January 2026 and provides their contact details may participate in the Prize Draw, provided they do not fall into the category defined in Section 2.2.
By completing the Survey, the Participant acknowledges that they have read and fully accept these Rules. Participation in the Prize Draw is voluntary and free of charge.
2.2. Individuals classified as service providers by the Organizer are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.
3. The Prize Draw
3.1. Prize Draw Date: 20 January 2026.
3.2. Selection of Winners
Three (3) winners (hereinafter: Winners) will be selected. Following the Prize Draw, Winners will be notified by email sent to the email address they provided in the Survey. The notification will include a coupon granting a 100% discount for the Organizer’s HRTECH CEE event held on 28–29 May 2026.
3.3. Receipt of Prizes
If the Organizer is unable to deliver the Prize to the Winner—regardless of whether this is attributable to the Winner or not—the Prize will not be awarded.
4. Prize
Each of the 3 selected Participants will receive one (1) coupon granting a 100% discount for a corporate, on-site, or online ticket of their choice for the HRTECH CEE conference held on 28–29 May 2026.
The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash but may be transferred to another person.
5. Taxation and Costs
If any tax or other contribution obligation arises in relation to the Prize, the Organizer shall bear such costs. Beyond delivering the Prize and covering the related tax obligations as described above, the Organizer shall have no further obligations.
6. Data Protection
6.1. Providing data for participation in the Prize Draw is voluntary. Participants (i.e., Data Subjects) acknowledge and expressly consent that the Organizer, as data controller, may process their personal data (name, email address, and telephone number) exclusively in connection with the Prize Draw, for the duration of the Prize Draw and for 3 months thereafter, for the purposes of conducting the Prize Draw, maintaining contact, administration, and awarding the Prize.
Legal basis for processing: GDPR Article 6(1)(a) — consent.
Scope of processed data: name, telephone number, email address.
Source of data: the Data Subject.
Purpose of processing: identifying the Participant and contacting them for awarding the Prize.
Data deletion: upon withdrawal of consent, upon request for deletion, or—if these do not occur—3 months after the end of the Prize Draw.
Data may be transferred to data processors located in the USA.
Data transfer: to the company providing the main Prize and to the Exhibitors listed in Section 4.1. The Data Subjects were informed about such data processing when providing their consent.
6.2. The data controller is Dare to Change Kft., who guarantees that data processing is carried out in full compliance with applicable legislation and the Organizer’s data processing notice. (www.dtcsolution.org/adatvedelmi-nyilatkozat/)
6.3. Participants may request information on the processing of their personal data, as well as its deletion or rectification, by sending an email to office@dtcsolution.org. Participants also have the right to object to the processing of their personal data and to request restriction of processing. These rights may be exercised in accordance with applicable legislation and the Organizer’s data processing notice.
Participants may submit complaints or report violations of their data rights to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or may seek remedy before a competent court.
6.4. Participants acknowledge that they will be excluded from the Prize Draw if they request deletion of data necessary for conducting the Prize Draw before the announcement of the results, or, in the case of Winners, before redeeming the Prize.
6.5. The data controller shall treat personal data confidentially and take all security, technical, and organizational measures necessary to ensure data protection.
7. Miscellaneous Provisions
7.1. The Organizer assumes no liability for failure or delay in redeeming the Prize arising from reasons outside the Organizer’s control.
7.2. The Organizer offers no warranty regarding the quality of the Prize; any such claims may only be pursued against the provider of the Prize within the limits of applicable law. If the Winner does not collect the Prize pursuant to Section 3.3., they may not subsequently claim it from the Organizer.
7.3. The Organizer excludes all liability for external attacks or malfunctions affecting the websites or servers involved in the conduct of the Event or the Prize Draw.
7.4. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel these Rules at any time for justified reasons. Any such notification will be published on the Organizer’s website with the same level of publicity as other communications related to the Prize Draw.
